Brother Commercial information

The following are notes we have made about Brother Commercial machines.

The hoops on this page will fit some models of machines, but not all. The first thing you will need to do is to figure out which sewing field widths your model uses. Please look at these pictures and take similar measurements of the existing hoops you use with your machine. Once you know your sewing field size, select the hoop that you are interested in and then select the sewing field option that is the same as your current hoop.

• Single Head Machines
  • BE901, BE1201, 1201E-AC, BES-1216AC
    • Can do BR360, BR500 and BR600 spacing.
    • Can only do the 12×15 at 600mm spacing
    • 4.25×16 is being tested by customer with BE901. CUST ID: 405 (CE 2-20-19)
  • 416
    • Picture of 11×13 hitting back of the arms and not clipping in. Can only do 8×13” Mighty Hoop with TJ481 brackets.
• Three Head Machines
  • BR423A
    • Can do BR360 and BR600 spacing ONLY
    • Can do the 13×16 at the BR600 spacing
• Four Head Machines
  • BE-1204C-BC
    • Can do BR360 and BR500 spacing only
    • Can do 12×15 at the BR500 spacing
• Six Head Machines
  • BES-960BC
    • Can do BR360 (Have not confirmed if they can move their arms wider)
