Check the Hoop Bracket Orientation

Before using your Mighty Hoop, make sure the text on the brackets is facing up. Depending on the machine brand/model, your brackets may be right/left side specific. If so, you’ll see an ‘R’ and ‘L’ on the bracket.

Proper Stabilizer Use

Before hooping your design, make sure your stabilizer fully covers the bottom ring of your Mighty Hoop.

Correct stabilizer coverage prevents shifting during stitching and eliminates puckering. This simple step is crucial for achieving clean, professional embroidery results, especially for larger projects or garments with tricky fabrics.

To avoid accidentally pinching fingers, simply remove the bottom ring, flip it over, and place it on top of the top ring at a slight angle. Learning how to use your Mighty hoops properly will protect your hands and make separating the hoop easier in between hoopings. Using the correct technique ensures your workflow stays safe and efficient.
